Features

  • The portable design can be used for environmental monitoring departments to test the gas concentration and emission of various boilers, and also can be applied to the concentration measurement of various harmful gases in industrial and mining enterprises. The instrument adopts the measurement principle of ultraviolet difference method, which has low detection concentration, strong anti-interference ability and high measurement accuracy.
  • Users can expand the measurement parameters and customize the measurement range of SO2, NOx, O2, CO and CO2 components according to their actual needs.
  • The instrument can automatically calculate the emission of harmful gases, combustion efficiency and excess coefficient of fuel.
  • The whole machine has compact structure, strong anti transportation, anti falling and anti impact performance.
  • Using large screen graphic display, the operation is intuitive and simple.
  • It has a micro printer to print data directly.
  • It can store 3000 sets of measurement data. Users can query through LCD screen, copy data to U disk through USB interface, automatically generate excel format, or print directly.
  • The instrument has temperature compensation function, which is suitable for different temperature and humidity environment.
  • High precision temperature sensor and inlet pressure sensor are used to measure the working condition of flue gas, which is accurate and reliable.
  • The selected pitot tube can automatically measure the static pressure, velocity and temperature of flue gas in the flue, and can also input the velocity and temperature of flue gas manually.
  • The flue gas pre processor is equipped to cool, dehumidify and dewater the flue gas before entering the analyzer for detection.
  • The instrument can be used for both AC and DC. The power supply adopts AC220 V power supply, and can also be equipped with external DC24 V as backup power supply.


Scope Of Application

Th-890d ultraviolet flue gas analyzer is a portable instrument based on the ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS), which is mainly used to measure the concentration of SO2, no, NO2, O2 and other gases in the flue gas of fixed pollution sources. It can be used by environmental monitoring departments to measure the gas concentration and emission of boilers, and also can be used for the measurement of various harmful gases by industrial and mining enterprises.
