Product Description

The instrument adopts β - ray method. β - ray is a kind of high-speed electron flow. When it penetrates the material, part of it is absorbed, resulting in intensity attenuation. Under certain conditions, the attenuation is only related to the mass of the absorbing material, but not to the other physical properties (such as material, color, luster, shape, etc.) of the absorbing material, so the mass concentration of atmospheric particulate matter can be measured directly. The instrument uses low energy c 14 as the source of β - ray. The ray passes through the clean filter paper and the filter paper with particulate matter twice before and after the collection of particulate matter. According to the change of β - ray absorption, the mass of particulate matter is calculated by Lambert Beer law.

Features
◆β - ray + DHS (dynamic heating system), one of the methods recommended by national central  station, is adopted.
◆ The instrument is designed according to the requirements of the new ministry standard HJ 653-2013. The concentration is μ g / m3, and the minimum display unit is 0.1 μ g / m3, with higher accuracy.
◆ The instrument adopts the continuous detection mode of sampling and testing at the same position, which fundamentally solves the measurement error caused by moving paper tape.
◆ The instrument is equipped with multiple sensors, which can automatically judge the load on the filter paper, and automatically move the paper when the load reaches the rated value.
◆ The flow measurement of the instrument adopts digital sensor, and the flow control part adopts PID precise control regulating valve. When the outdoor temperature is (- 30 ~ 60) ℃, the inlet flow of the cutter is accurately controlled to stabilize at 16.67l/min.
◆ It has outdoor temperature and humidity measurement and adopts digital transmission mode to ensure the reliability of measurement, calculation and control.
◆ The instrument has the function of wireless remote transmission (optional), which can monitor the parameters of the instrument remotely at the same time.
◆ The instrument input is compatible with both button and touch modes.
◆ The instrument can be extended to monitor TSP, PM 10, PM 5, PM 2.5 and PM 1 (the cutter has the test report of the national authority department).
◆ The instrument has passed the first, second, third and fourth quarter tests of national environmental protection monitoring station, and is one of the recommended products of PM2.5 instrument.
